About the seminar
Workshop Description
Overview
Digestive complaints are among the most common reasons patients seek acupuncture, and they are frequently accompanied by stress, anxiety and other emotional complaints. This one-day seminar brings together two complementary approaches to treating them: the classical theory of specific points in body acupuncture, and standardized auricular acupuncture. Two lecturers share their clinical experience, with the emphasis throughout on practice: how to select points, how to combine them, and how to apply them in the clinic.
Programme
Morning: Clinical Application of Specific Acupoints in Digestive System Diseases
Every practitioner has learned the ten categories of specific points, but far fewer use them systematically. This session revisits the classical logic behind each category and shows when to choose one over another. It then turns to the lecturer’s own point selection and combination strategies for common digestive conditions, illustrated with clinical cases.
Afternoon: Clinical Application of Auricular Acupuncture in Digestive System Diseases
A hands-on session covering the TCM foundations of auricular acupuncture, internationally standardized point localization, and pattern-based point combinations for common digestive symptoms. It includes a demonstration of standardized technique, classic clinical cases and interactive practice.
