Workshop Description
Overview
Two-Day Clinical Acupuncture Seminar with Visiting Experts from Chengdu
Register for both days of our January seminar series in one go. Three visiting clinicians and lecturers from Chengdu – Associate Professor Gao Hong, Chief Physician Zhou Ji and Dr. Zhou Ling – bring two full days of clinically focused teaching, each combining theory with demonstration and hands-on practice.
Day 1 addresses one of the most common reasons patients seek acupuncture: digestive complaints. The morning revisits the logic of the specific acupoints and how to select and combine them for common digestive conditions; the afternoon introduces internationally standardised auricular acupuncture, with pattern-based point combinations, demonstration and interactive practice.
Day 2 is a hands-on workshop in Zheng’s Tuina, the manual therapy school founded by Professor Zheng Huaixian at Chengdu Sport University. Participants learn the seven core techniques and how to combine them with acupoint prescriptions for low back pain and neck pain, leaving with a practical workflow for integrating tuina with acupuncture.
